They got everything right in this hotel. Nice clean big rooms, comfortable beds, spacious balconies with comfy cane furniture, plenty of hot water and a good shower, a safe box in the room for your valuables and drinking water and toilet paper provided. We booked with breakfast, which was always well prepared and very tasty. There is a choice of fruit, pancakes, cornflakes, various omelettes, a goan breakfast, bread and jam and any form of egg. Plus fresh fruit juice and tea or coffee. What's not to like! The best thing about the place, however, is the people. The cleaning staff always had a smile, the young man serving breakfast could not have looked after us any better and Marilyn and Clive on reception are truely the loveliest couple who really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Such nice people! It was a real pleasure staying at Eve's resort.

Prakash, the host of Pande Residency, made our stay very pleasant - it felt like home. We booked for one night and extended for 10 more. The room was nice and spacious and had a balcony at the back of the building as well as AC. The area around the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful.

this place is absolutely stunning! set on a really beautiful quiet part of the beach with an amazing tropical garden surrounded by palm trees and flowers. it’s been like a retreat for my partner and I! My stay at the Patnem Beach Cottages was simply fantastic! The communication with the owner was excellent from the time of booking until my departure, a cab was organized for my arrival and departure and I could come to him with any other concerns. The accommodation itself is a row of 4 cottages, with an amazing amount of space, good facilities with fridge, air conditioning, separate bathroom, table & wardrobe and the cleanliness was also of a high standard. Patnem is very small and so everything is within easy walking distance, yet the location of the cottages should be emphasized, which are in a secluded side street and therefore quiet. The only things to be aware of in terms of noise are the nearby train station, whose freight trains can be heard especially at night, a large group of dogs that sometimes join together at night for a concert, or the loud banging of coconuts that monkeys bang on the tin roofs of the cottages at night. But this is only for sensitive ears, I enjoyed the accommodation so much as a woman traveling alone that I extended my stay by 3 days and would return at any time. Once again a big thank you for everything!

    This is my 4th time coming to Patnem Beach. I love coming here and staying for longer periods of time. The beach is clean and the sunsets are beautiful. There is no doubt that I will be coming back as soon as I can.

    An RO can be of great help. It's perfect otherwise. We had a great stay. Definitely value for money. In fact we got fresh fish from the boat , cooked with minimum incradients, turned out to be very delicious. Night watching from the veranda is something beyond expression. This is good for 2 or 2+ 1 child.

    We have stayed at Casa Jaali, beach side property. Did morning and evening walks at beach. It has breathtaking views 360 degree and in moonsoon its looks just wow!! One negative is all shacks and markets are closed at beach. Only few properties and few inner (almost 20%) restaurants were open. We know about all this before and we went there for true nature and tranquility♥️ Loved Patnem and palolem also which is just 5 min away (ride) from here.

    The property is nearest to the Rajbaga beach which is beautiful, serene and tranquil but less crowded and have less facilities like Patnem. You can enjoy a beachfront breakfast, lunch or dinner at Patnem which is less than 1.5 kms from Martins Crest, but parking could be a problem during peak season. A morning walk to the Rajbaga beach is great!

    the beach is super peaceful with just the right amount of crowd to not make it look deserted either. Clean, little bit of wood chips here n there but really good for morning and evening walks. There are good options for eating in shacks on the beach too.

    Patnem Beach is one of our favourite places, the reason we...

    Patnem Beach is one of our favourite places, the reason we like this particular one is that there are less crowds compared to Palolem which is not far up the road. There are a number of places to eat and drink, our favourites are Jaali Cafe, Nada Brahama, Kala Bhaia, Casa Jaali, Patnem Chai Shop, Sushi Cafe to name but a few. The beach is clean and you always see people doing their bit to remove garbage in their morning walks. It is very easy to get around Patnem, plenty of tuk tuks during the season and most properties will arrange a taxi also. Lots of beach huts to choose from, we have our regular Moonstar Huts which are at the far end of the beach away from the strip, they are cute and basic with no hot water or AC but we just love it there.
