The owner, Mr. Rao and his wife were very kind and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations in all ways. We went as a big family group and 3 families stayed in this property and 2 families stayed in a near by apartment. After visiting this property and the hospitality provided by the host, everyone really liked the apartment and most of all, the host. To tell about the apartment, it is really big with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All the 3 beds were quite big and each bed easily can accommodate 3 people - husband and wife and a child. The rooms were very clean, the beddings, towels and all the furnishings were very clean and new. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness especially the smell etc. and was a bit sceptical as this property was new to booking.com and not many reviews. But I am glad we booked this one. My mother and aunt who are more than 75 years were very comfortable as there was a lift for the 1st floor. My nieces and nephews ranging from 5 yrs to 14 yrs really liked as well as they were able to play and be together. The bathrooms were very clean, each bathroom had geyser and good water supply. The toilets were clean with all the required facilities. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, ARO water supply for drinking, a dining table, gas stove, and all dishes and cutleries and can easily be used for cooking. Though we didn’t cook, we used the kitchens for making coffee, tea, and hot drinks for the kids. The Kichen had everything you could ask for from plates to wash up liquid. I would strongly recommend this property if you have a family and would like to be together and have a pleasant stay. The owner also arranged for a guide to take our whole family of 18 people to have darshan. He also advised the places to visit and hygienic places to have dinner and lunch. Overall, we were very happy to stay here and really thank Mr Rao and his wife for the hospitlity.

The property is maintaining high standards rooms are superb and the maintenance of the property is very nice good staff and service nice location on Godavari rever bank with beautiful greenery enjoyed a lot...

Excellent home stay with premium facilities. The AC TV and the furniture were excellent. Nearby to the temple. Host Vihar was very helpful and humble. Would highly recommend this stay for families and large set of friends.

Home like feeling, enjoyed our stay.
