I recently stayed at Ginger in Srinagar, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is stunning and perfectly captures the beauty of Kashmir, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Mumena, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm personality and genuine care added such a personal touch-she's honestly one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. From helping with check-in to recommending local spots, she made us feel right at home. Her kindness and bright smile were so refreshing, and it's clear she's passionate about creating a great experience for guests. I'd highly recommend Ginger to anyone visiting Srinagar, and I'll be back someday, hoping to see the wonderful team-especially Mumena-again.

This is a very comfortable homestay run by a wonderful couple who looked after us exceptionally well. We had delicious freshly cooked food in the garden in the evenings - enjoying the flowers and the quiet space. It is a little out of town but that means it is peaceful! A lift is available from the host though we navigated the buses successfully. We will definitely go back to visit this homestay and family!
