We stayed here to attend a family wedding nearby. This hotel ticked all the boxes to accommodate a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The reception staff Archana, Arun Kumar and Abrir are some of the names I recollect, were very efficient and helpful with all our requirements regarding local transport and help with return flights. We were very chuffed when Mr. Shaji George, the CEO went as far as offering an upgrade when we had issues with the local taxis. This was much appreciated. The rooms were well laid out, fair sized clean. comfortable with more than adequate facilities and a brilliant walk-in shower. Other desirable facilities was a good sized swimming pool with a toddler section, recreation room offering table tennis, etc, so entertaining children was not a hassle. There is a well equipped gym on site. My grandson, a keen footballer was delighted to be invited by some young teenage boys to join in the Astro-turf pitch, which is rare in any hotel I have stayed. All floors are accessible by lifts with the added bonus of a listening to a short melodious piano piece whilst using it! There is a attached bar as the name indicates. The hotel has a restaurant on site offering breakfast , lunch dinner and room service with varied menu. The food was excellent with menus suitable for children, we had two young accompanying us. The hotel is on the main highway with easy access and railway tracks nearby so it is not a quiet neighbourhood. That said, the hotel is well sound proofed, the only noisy disturbance we observed was in the adjoining rooms by individuals, who perhaps had a drink too many! We enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend staying here.

Truly exceptional service. The team really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was made to feel very well looked after and comfortable! The hotel organised travel arrangements to and from the airport and ensured required foods were available. I ended up spending most my time in the hotel it was so beautiful ! We visited Thodupuzha in connection with my daughter's state level CBSE competitions.We came late in the Evening and had to eave next day late in the night as per our train schedule. Booking.com was exceptional in forwarding our late check in,late check out request and got it approved. The stat was perfect,location heart of city,very good food available as Room service,safe fur families.Sagar at the front desk was very helpful and arranged a good taxi service for odd time travel. Nearby great food option available at Malabar hotel. Got to know that there are nearby tourist attractions which we couldn't check out due to our tight schedule. Some waterfall,hill station Vagamon etc is easily reachable.Spot is at the border between Ernakulam and Idukki districts and pineapple city Asians largest pineapple market supply comes from Vazhakulam.Thodupuzha city seems to be fastly expanding with all facilities available in big cities in Kerala.
