Excellent location, ambience, cleanliness and facilities especially good disabled wheelchair access. Special mention to the Manager Mr Abhijit Jagtap who went out of his way to make my 86 year old mother comfortable and accommodating her in an accessible room and specially catering to her dietary needs. His warm hospitality, attention to detail and making the extra effort beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable - is truly appreciated and praiseworthy. All the staff were polite helpful and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef and cook for the delicious food and special requests, I even got my Morning green smoothie. I would highly recommend Il Palazzo Heritage home Not just for the ambience but for the warm staff and very proactive manager. Very impressive place.

Feb-2025. Our family’s experience at The Breeze Valley Hotel in Mahabaleshwar was nothing short of exceptional. Coming from a tropical island, we were welcomed by the breathtaking views of lush greenery and the serene hill station atmosphere, which was a delightful surprise. Mr. Santosh made the booking process smooth and provided helpful advice throughout our stay, and we can’t thank him enough for his assistance. The check-in was seamless, and we were immediately made to feel at home by the incredibly friendly staff. The room was not only spotless but also cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after our journey. A special mention to Mr. Ramprasad and Mrs. Trupti, who went above and beyond with their hospitality. They truly made our stay feel special with their warmth and attention to detail, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Mrs. Trupti’s cooking was absolutely divine—each meal was a treat, and we savored every bite. The hotel’s location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful hills and close to attractions like Venna Lake and Mapro Garden, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. We also felt safe and well-cared for, with the staff always available to help.

Its an awesome villa with a very cooperative property owner. Its bit far from the town but its so cozy and feel like home. I would recommend this villa for those who wanna to spend their time with serenity in lush green environment.

The surroundings and everything around was very peaceful. Enjoyed my stay, it was clean. Over all my experience was great, it was a luxury stay. The staff was really great, everyone are very humble and hospitable. The breakfast was tooo good and very yummy. Will visit again soon 🙂

I recently stayed at this charming property in Mahabaleshwar, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, tasty, and full of variety, it was the perfect way to start the day. What truly stood out was the owner's kindness and hospitality. They treated us to freshly picked strawberries from their own farm, and the taste was simply divine—sweet, juicy, and straight from nature. It’s these thoughtful gestures that made the stay so special. The property itself was clean, cozy, and set in a beautiful location, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural beauty of Mahabaleshwar. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay with great food and unique, personal touches. I’ll definitely be back for more strawberries and hospitality!

It was a very pleasant experience . Nilesh and his family made our stay such a comfortable and memorable one that I'm going to suggest to all my friends and relatives who want to visit Mahabaleshwar to stay here for a homely experience. If health permits , we're coming back here again .
