Staff was the best. Took care of our breakfast needs, evening drinks, trip to the desert and also transportation to the city. Great view, centrally located. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff and how they take care of their guests is the best. The drivers for the desert trip were also amazing. Special moment.

The rooms, food, our host Jeetu were magnificent. Jeetu was very accommodating for our every need when SpiceJet cancelled our flights. He arranged for cabs to take us to Jodpur. Hotel Jasmin Home is really authentic but certainly extremely clean, comfortable and breakfast is included. We had a fabulous stay there. Jeetu also acted as almost a tour guide giving us advice of what to see. They also arrange desert safaris. They have a roof top restaurant that has a view of the Fort. All his workers were extremely pleasant.

What a genuine accommodation - outside the tourist area but in the fantastic fort! Clean and well-functioning Wi-Fi and fantastic service. The owner Deepak offered to be a guide, we accepted and during our four days we received constant service and my three children and I felt like royalty. We got to experience "all" the greatness of Jaisalmer with everything from camel safaris, village visits, historical and cultural sights, shopping to nice people meetings. This at a significantly lower price than, for example, Tripadvisor could offer in advance. Yes of course higher than "local price" but good "tourist price". This was our first destination on our India trip but Deepak was and remains our number 1 guide! He initially wanted us to have good memories and that's exactly what we got! Be calm, be nice and smile was his recommendation wich I find meaningful. Many warm thanks for everything 😊

We had a great time spending at this hotel, which is situated close to the main attractions, still in a quite area so we could have good night sleep. Our room was beautiful and clean, the owner/members of the staff especially Barkat were very kind and helpful, always ready to meet our needs. On the top floor there is the restaurant with a stunning view and good food selection. We would really recommend to book this special place:).on top of that the owner kindly gave us a lift to the railway station

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic.

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic. There are lots of tourists-- the entire entrance to the great fort is mobbed by tourists and tourist shops and hustlers. Despite that, the magic of this desert city survives. It is a gem, beautiful beyond imagining. I hope we can return someday. The opportunity for a desert adventure-- jeep through the rocky paths, camel ride, dinner cooked over an open fire, the silence of the desert at night-- was delightful. Our driver, Ukka, was skilled and fun to be with.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city. Full of charm and very friendly locals. Jaisalmer Fort is my favorite spot. The architecture, views from roof top and the food all are incredible. A must visit site in Rajasthan.

But what truly made our experience unforgettable were two special souls — Bruno, the adorable and friendly resident pup, and Mr. Desert, a man who carries the spirit of Jaisalmer in his heart. Bruno greeted us every morning with his wagging tail and playful eyes, spreading joy to every guest he met. Whether you’re an animal lover or just need a smile, Bruno is pure sunshine! And then there’s Mr. Desert — a storyteller, a host, and a true ambassador of the desert culture. His energy is infectious, his tales enchanting, and his love for the land is deeply moving. From arranging desert safaris to guiding us through hidden gems of the city, his presence added soul to our stay.     The fort exceeded expectations. An amazing structure.

    The fort exceeded expectations. An amazing structure. The trip to the desert with camel trekking for a couple of nights was a good option. People are very friendly and everything is so colourful. The Haveli buildings and Jain temples are a must see. Tuk tuk travel around is easy and most things are walking distance.

    All things are just too good. Be it safari, their camel ride arrangement , tents are near and clean, evening program is also very good. A perfect package for lifetime experience. Nice management and helping people.Sunrise Desert Resort

    Perfect stay at Jaisalmer, the owner is really kind and ready to help whenever possible. Rooms are beautiful compared to other rooms of different hotels at the same price, with bigger bathroom and sink. Position is pretty good. We also went on the camel tour proposed by the hotel, which proved to be very good! We could also take a shower after the tour at the hotel and wait in a room until midnight for our train, at no additional cost.

    Excellent Location Nice, clean hotel with perfect location. I hade a beautiful room with a balcony. Staff very kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and food at the nice rooftop restaurant which also offers a nice view over Jaisalmer Fort. Always hot water in the shower. Wi-fi worked very well. Comfortable bed. I had a wonderful stay and I really recommend this nice Hotel!. super clean

    It’s a superb place. Loved the Management. Iv been to other desert camps and this is out the world. The food was very good. Quality & variety of food was also very good. They had pickup and drop service from the airport. Ramzan Bhai has been a superb Driver for us. 5 start for him as well. We did Jeep safari & camel ride. Humble ppl. Overall incredible experience. Must visit place in Jaisalmer.

    This is the best hotel in Jaisalmer and possibly in all our trip. Every detail is thought of for good vibes, comfort and beauty. The interior design is to die for. The service is impeccable and the hotel manager is sweet, helpful and caring. The restaurant serves excellent food and very reasonably priced. And the location is perfect. Truly a 5 star experience!

    We had an amazing time! The room was very spacious for the three of us and we had a fantastic view from the inside of the fort. The roof terrace seems to be one of the best in Jaisalmer. We also booked the desert safari via the hotel, which we can only recommend.
