The staff was very kind and helpful, always asking about our needs. They were really customer-focused, we even got a small gift when departing, and even after check-out, when we had to wait for our train, we could chill 1-2 hours in a guest area that was very comfortable. Loved the wonderful service. The breakfast was amazing. Beautiful room and bathroom. Incredible shower with limitless hot water. I used to stay at Pearl Palace Heritage every time I was in Jaipur but it got very popular and was always booked. Nice to be back.

Beautiful property, quiet but very central. Fantastic bed and comfortable room. It was not as big as it seems in pictures, but I wasn’t really bothered by that, because everything worked well. Uber will be able to get there and also pick you up from the hotel, but just state very clearly where you want them to come pick you up as uber doesn’t allow you to put the pin in front of the hotel. Ubers to the airport are no more than 300 rupees.

    If someone is interested in watching the walls of the first go for it...or else better stay at home and look for some happening places around u. I did that mistake so don't go until u r not interested in watching the simply walls of the forts..for temples u can visit.

    It was a education tour for my daughter, we could not get time to roam around, however we have decided to visit again. A day before I stayed in another hotel, which i regret if booked it directly with you would have been pleasent

    I love Jaipur, this was my 3rd visit.

    I love Jaipur, this was my 3rd visit. The kindness, and hospitality of every restaurant, shop or hotel we went to is unparalleled to anywhere else. The food, culture, arts is a fantastic homage to what India represents.

    It is a beautiful city.

    It is a beautiful city. My first two days were for work, and the next two days I spent exploring the city. On the first day, I took a cab city tour, and the driver took me to all the historical places in Jaipur. In the evening, I visited the shopping bazaars. The next day, I explored the city on my own. I went in the month of May, which is usually the peak of summer. However, it rained in nearby areas, and due to a weather depression, the four days I spent in Jaipur were pleasantly cool.

    The history is amazing . The people overall are friendly . The back streets should be explored . The traffic is chaotic and the density of people can be overwhelming - Thats India . Loved the local food.

    We had a good time here.Actually my husband came here for...

    We had a good time here.Actually my husband came here for hair transplant. We stayed one night at the hospital but need to stay there for two more nights. Sametime my husband booked in Lords inn and within half an hour we were there. Loved our stay here in Jaipur. We couldn't go anywhere because of the surgery so we spent most time in the mall.

    As always Leela Hotels stayed up to their reputation. Excellent facilities, good food options, ambience and excellent staff. All of these add up to an excellent and comfortable stay. The property is a bit far from Jaipur City which is good in a way as it helps you get away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The room options are also good where you can chose rooms with plunge pools to courtyard or terrace seating. Look out for good deals!!

    Nice and clean hotel with a nice café in front and a quiet place inside, where breakfast was served. People were nice to you and we would for sure book the hotel again. When you need transportation call Mr. Lucky at +91 77421 47571 - He is a genuine great guy, the best driver and guide to everything you need to see in Jaipur, either by richshaw or car.

    This hotel is incredible. Best hotel for money I've stayed in. Attention to detail is amazing. Breakfast was terrific and provided onsite in room or in lounge area.. The rooms are beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we visit Jaipur.
