Absolutely loved the hospitality of the family there. Sanjana was super helpful from the time of booking right until the checkout time. She allowed me an early checkin, which helped me plan my rest of day 1. Always received a quick response whenever I messaged with a query. The house was clean and will give a calming effect right from the gate until the room. Clean washroom and drinking water. Also provided a kettle. Was thoughtful to help us with breakfast considering my mother was with me and we had to walk some distance. We were served with superb neer dose and chutney. Also happily gave my mom some sapling and red soil to take back home. Please give this place a try if you want a quiet calming time off from the hustle of the city life. Bus connectivity is great for the majority of the prime places - Udipi, Kollur, Kundapura, Hemmady. Overall, it was a satisfying short vacation at a serene place with some really sweet people.

New property, only 1 year old. Directly in front of the beach. I had a room on the second floor with a very good size balcony. The view was great. The staff was attentive and catered to all my requests. The chef prepared the best Indian food I had in India and this on a consistent basis. I was there for 4 days. I would recommend this property without reservations.

We loved everything. The personal touch, attention to detail, catering for our every need was just exceptional. I don’t eat spicy food, and chef specially prepared every meal for me, even items not on the menu. If they didn’t have something in stock, they made a plan to get it. Umesh and his team know what hospitality is all about. The room, the views, the atmosphere, the personal service, just about everything was exceptional! HIGHLY recommend. Many rooms, perfect for couples or large wedding groups.
