The customer service was top notch @ Vishal Lords!!! All staff were the best you could asked for!!! They really went over and above for my group from food service to room cleaning service or front desk, food was only vegetarian but tasty, one more thing I wish to highlight the location you will find very easily as you are in jungle but it approx. 15 mints far from safari.

A wonderful property that took care of us in every way -- knowledgeable about the lion park, excellent staff in every department, and especially extraordinary leadership. The General Manager, Mr Chandran, took a great personal interest in our comfort and our arrangements, even arranging the recharge of our mobile phone plans, and solving a problem with the car we booked to pick us up in New Delhi.
