it was the most memorable stary at Rustic roots, Not just bcoz of their food and Beautiful Clean rooms but bcoz of Love and hospitality offered by the Owners. ( Mr Vikas Gill and his Son, Bhaktavar Gill ) during our stay we felt like we were staying at our relative`s place, due to their warm nature. generally , the photos shown on any booking portal are of top notch condition , very neat and clean etc etc to entice one to book the place ( nothing wrong with it ) But we were pleasantly surprise to see the photos shown on this portal, don't do the justice to the actual place. the place is way more than beautiful, neat & clean and situated in very serene location. we really regret now that we didn't stayed more and now wanting to visit the place again. Mr. Vikas Gill shown us some very interesting historical places, nearby, which were 1000 years old and built by Persians. if anyone is visiting Amritsar, and longing for authentic home cooked Punjabi food than look no further, this place is right out of any bollywood movie, a beautiful farm house, surrounded by lush green farms. this is also very special, as one did not get to interact with any staff, we were taken care by owners themselves, and their standard for hospitality were pretty high. after staying , at hundreds of homestays & farmstays, I can say that this place comes in top 10 places.

the staff were outstanding. they could not do enough for us. We requested a late checkout as we had a late afternoon flight, and this was provided without any issue. I had a massage at the spa, and it was outstanding!

We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

Everything was great. It is just a short drive from the airport and good connection to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a pool and fitness centre. The restaurant is on the 7th floor with a good view. The personnell was very friendly and attentive.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. It was a pleasure staying at BluSalzz. I liked everything here. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My daughters enjoyed their stay. The staff was very accommodating. We were even allowed to stay for more than one hour beyond the checkout time. It helped me a lot because my daughters really needed some time to rest before leaving Amritsar.
