The place is really amazing. Feels like in the castle. The chimney is in each room, the furniture is beautiful. I enjoyed it so much. Breakfast is good. Stuff kind and helpfull. Location in the centre. There is market on Thursdays and Sundays, worth it. We had warm water and the sheets on the beds are good, we were not cold at all.

I wish I could stay longer. What a privilege to stay with this Family. If you want to see people connected to their history, roots, customs this is the place to stay. If you want plastic-fantastic generic hotel don't bother.

    Dirty

    Dirty Many vendors cannot understand “no”and follow us everywhere we we go nagging and nagging and very annoying. One followed us to our hotel another followed us to the restaurant. The market is not all that as Antigua has a market and Guatamala City has central market with equal products and food. I found out they charge more on Thursdays and Sundays because of the tourists. The local restaurants quality of food is terrible. We ate at San Juan and Las Brasas Not worth going to Chichicastenango.

    The hotel is a beautiful and charming piece of architecture located right in the middle of town. Rooms are spacious and cozy, with a fantastic fireplace that staff will light up for you at night to keep you warm. Beds are comfortable and clean. We loved every minute of your stay

    The hotel is close to the center yet it is not noisy at all. The staff is very kind and helpful, it was a pleasure meeting the owner. My suite had a great window and it was clean and cozy.

    The Hotel is beautiful and very charming. We loved the fireplace in the room that they lite for you once it‘s cold. The staff (besides the front office) in the hotel was really friendly.
