Everything. Excellent location. Parking place. Sparkling clean. Great hosts. Mrs Riki is an excellent hostess. She even kept the room tidy and clean every day without any oblication. Also Arillas beach lies beneath the appartment where you can easily visit on foot even late in the afternoon when you come back from your daily excursions.

The location is ideal , close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes stroll to the harbour. The room is really spacious with a good sized bathroom and a large balcony. The swimming pool is a brilliant size and it is surrounded by a lovely garden area - great for relaxing and has the bonus of the on-site restaurant and bar.

Perfect stay at the best hotel ever!The resort is amazing,location is with the most beautiful view! Special thanks to Veselina,the lifeguard,she told us that we can hire a boat from the hotel and it was the best time!More special thanks to all restaurant staff,mostly to the chef!Evgenia was very kind and helpfull too! This brand new property is simply amazing! All rooms come with a swimming pool and the design is very modern and luxurious. The view is breathtaking and the common spaces excellent with attention to the details. Eirini at the reception was very kind and always willing to help making our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with many options and local products. The restaurant of the hotel and Chef Christos are simply the best. Small manu but with quality and taste of very high standards. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a combination of a five star hotel services with a personal touch in your stay.

Amazing find - A brand-new hotel in Sivota. If you're lucky enough to secure a reservation here, then you're in for a treat. Super comfortable hotel run by exceptional staff who will see to your every need. Set high up on the hills above Sivota with simply breathtaking views, it has a pool and a truly exceptional restaurant. We honestly didn't want to leave!

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.
