Amazing villa with kitchenetee, plunge pool, and lots of space with an awesome view of assos town, harbour, and venetian castle on the mountain. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Included breakfast is fresh, generous, and delcious! 5 star service, Panos and staff was the best!

Beautiful hotel perched on steep hillside overlooking Ithaca. Colourful quaint rooms with nice balconies, ours with fab sea view, fridge with complimentary mini Prosecco and great air conditioning. Also some villas with pools dotted around. Nice breakfast overlooking sea. Easy ten minute stroll into Agia Effimia for dinner - also fab taverna just outside hotel gates. Need to mention everywhere accessed by VERY steep paths and steps so check where rooms are carefully before booking if any mobility problems as some rooms are closer to main areas.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment, everything is new, tastefully decorated. A bottle of local white wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Comfortable bed and pillows from Cocomat. The view from the terrace is the most exceptional! There are nice tavernas in nearby Divarata. We had a great time and would visit again on our next trip to Kefalonia!

To begin with Makis is such a great guy! He was super helpful with everything. He showed us spots to sunbathe and eat in Agia Efimia. He printed us bus table so we can go and explore further! Apartment was lovely, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, we had two balconies where we can enjoy sunset and sunrise. Kitchen had everything we needed to make toasties for breakfast and we even managed to cook pasta for dinner couple of nights. Palace has aircond but we didn't need to use it, as we had beautiful mountain wind coming through window!

Really friendly hospitable staff. Apartments plus a restaurant plus car high business. Genuine discount for guests on the car hire. Great location looking out over the water to Sami, watching yachts come into the harbour. Saw dolphins from our balcony one day! Water side tables to have a lovely Greek meal in an evening. Great views of Agia Efimia from our balcony. Facilities were good for basic self catering, with a fridge for wine & chocolate plus a kettle, but lots of tavernas and shops nearby. Glass shower screen - no sticking shower curtain!!
