Very peaceful location away from the crowds. Beautiful, spacious grounds with lovely gardens and terraces and a large, gorgeous pool. Every room has it's own balcony with sea views. The breakfast buffet was generous with lots of sweet and savoury choices including delicious Greek yoghurt, pastries and cakes. Excellent restaurants and stunning beaches only a short drive away.

We had a wonderful time at this family-owned hotel, Babis & Sofi made us feel like family. The room was very comfortable, good AC. The breakfast was super nice and the pool very well maintained. There's a big plane tree to provide plenty of shade near the pool and also a nice breeze. Location is very close to Lixouri, in a quiet area, away from any noise. The hotel is not luxury, so manage your expectations, but it felt like 'home' for the time we spent here and it had everything we needed.

Absolutely stunning! The Mediterranean garden is breathtaking, with olive trees, orange and lemon trees creating a true paradise. The little house is perfectly designed and beautifully furnished, offering every comfort. Having a sundowner in the treehouse with a panoramic sea view is an unforgettable experience. Everything was top-notch and was impeccably maintained, from the garden paths to the cozy interiors. The owner was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, relaxing getaway – highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and comfort in a Mediterranean setting!

    Charming, characterful property, but sadly cannot recommend.

    Charming, characterful property, but sadly cannot recommend. Despite the booking being confirmed and paid for, arrived tired and exhausted only to be told that property was not available for stays of less than 2 weeks. After admitting their mistake, the owner's did open up the property, but we were never made to feel welcome. The house clearly belonged to the host's parents and is full of personal effects. We may just have been unlucky and this may have been an innocent mistake, but on the basis of our personal experience, we found the hosts very unprofessional and unwelcoming and this tainted our whole stay. Parking access is also very difficult
