Great location near the market and fully equipped kitchen for guests where you can cook from delicious local vegetables and fruits. Hosts are very nice people and if you want they are helpful, joyful and communicative! Room was clean and nice, hot watter without problems:) During day it can be little bit loud around hotel because locals loves to horn during driving. But our room was quiet during night. Great starting point for visiting all sanatoriums.

Everything was very good. We asked even for an airport pickup what the hotel owner helped us with for additional cost. Cozy location, decorated in local style, very beautiful. Very good breakfast, beyond our expectations. The owner Zaza has helped us to get a ride to Batumi next day. We have been happy to stay here and definetely be back next time we are in Kutaisi

Spacious and clean room with a balcony, very helpful staff and good food (dinner and breakfast). We used the Turkish sauna, could not make the other one work. The pool seemed decent too but we didn't use it.

I loved the quiet tucked away location. It is unexpected when you pull up but as soon as you go back into the garden it is enchanting. The area is an oasis and just lovely to spend time whether it is swinging, swimming or hanging in the pool. Breakfast was lovely and very filling with good variety. My room was comfy and the AC came in handing. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
