Staff were all friendly - from the reception to the breakfast support. They seemed happy to be there, which makes all the difference. Breakfast was by far the best we had while travelling around the UK (I must say we usually have continental breakfast, so the options available made all the difference here). Location is also very convenient.

I’ve stayed in several apartment hotels in many countries over the years and consider this to be one of the best. Professional design, construction, high quality fixtures, fittings and toiletries etc. make the difference. Location can’t be beat. PS (Needs a shelf in the bathroom).
