Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

We liked being able to stay in a hotel that was close to our family. It was a convenient location and we were happy with our room. The staff was very friendly. We loved being able to use the facilities...the driving range. The adventure golf was closed due to snow the day we wanted to play, but we hope to play next time we stay. We enjoyed being able to use the lounge area by the bar to hang out with a big group of family members.

Excellent location. Near Sutton Hoo, fantastic beaches and lots of very nice pubs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and equipped with all we needed and more. Our hosts were not there during our stay but they made sure that everything was in the finest order.

Well, what's not to like? Friendly welcome (including the dogs!), clean, well-appointed accommodation, very quiet with countryside all around, big comfy bed, a simple-to-use shower, big telly, easy parking - and all at a good price. I only stayed a couple of nights but I could quite happily stayed for two weeks...
