Booked over Christmas. Impeccably clean, warm, and all the amenities you could ask for - full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fantastic water pressure. Good sized bed and soft linens. Friendly staff, gym available, and open area to work or just lounge. Right across the street from Canal street, so closely located where you can easily access Piccadilly train station or Piccadilly gardens for the tram/bus by foot. 10/10 would recommend and book when I or a family member are next in Manchester.

Manchester is a beautiful place, with great people and community around. Going from one place to another was so easy as trams are constantly coming. Food shops were all around and l enjoyed the McDonnalds food. I spent most of my time at the Convention Centre where we had the Prayer Meeting.

Good size double bed, quality tv with easy access to channels, good storage, and a bathroom with an actual bath, room service, and hotel restaurant were good quality and easy to order. Overall, as a solo traveller, this hotel is great as it is in close proximity to bus stops straight into the city centre and has shops, cafes, and takeaways in close proximity also Would definitely stay again when I next visit Manchester

Great location 10min walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. City centre location great. Brilliant old architectural building but looking tired. Room size was ok but the bed mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. In general the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very average. The hotel staff were very polite and very helpful.

Room price obviously hiked for the Oasis gigs and wouldn’t ordinarily pay the room price for this sort of hotel. Only a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station, so in the city centre. Very comfortable beds. Inviting bar/lounge area in reception area with modern, funky furniture.
