Lovely place and very welcoming and friendly staff. One of us is vegan and the staff was very attentive for dinner and for breakfast to highlight the vegan options, provide small adjustments to make dishes vegan etc. Food in general was delicious and prepared beautifully for the eye as well.

The room we were initially booked in was small and at the back of the complex. After our 2nd day we asked about the availability of room at the front facing the sea. There was and we happily paid the difference - The room ( no. 8 was the best ) Breakfast was very good - happy friendly staff. we will definitely go back there.

Wonderful place, very nice and helpful staff! Especially one young man (whose name is so rare I can't remember it) was super kind and helpful. As also all staff at breakfast time. Pool area and warm sauna, both were lovely bonus. We also got our rooms upgrated.

We would highly recommend a stay in the Greenbank Hotel. Fabulous location and beautiful views. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Food was amazing especially the breakfast with a view. We loved all of the history in the hotel, the information signs on the doors and memorabilia throughout, it's a nice nod to the past. We enjoyed playing Falmouth monopoly, a very chilled weekend😊

Breakfast was absolutely superb, great choice of buffet and cooked to order dishes. The piece de resistance gor us all though, was the cream tea we had on arrival, which was absolutely fantastic....Best ever! And that's a lot, having had tea at Gleneagles Hotel, tge Ritz, Savoy etc
