Property was amazing, everything clean and fresh. Facilities in room were brilliant (tea / coffee / water / biscuits etc). Staff very accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Food in restaurant was fantastic.. enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Lovely family run hotel. We had a brilliant time.

It’s a very central location but don’t stay on a weekend as very noisy with people coming & going from pubs across road, also taxi rank directly outside & only single glazed windows so hardly got any sleep.

The location for our visit was exactly what we expected and wanted. The Speyside Way is easily accessible via a short path only a 1 minute stroll away from the property and this provides pleasant walks to Spey Bay or Fochabers (a particularly nice walk through woodland and along the river). The area is extremely quiet and peaceful and the property has a large secure garden which our dog loved to run around in. The property itself is fantastic - modern, spacious, good facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc), smart TV's in every room, comfortable furniture and beds, good shower in the bathroom (powerful and hot) and although we didn't need it, an electric car charging point. We requested a slightly earlier check in and David, the owner, was happy to oblige (I think he lived next door but as we didn't have any issues during our stay we didn't see him). Without doubt the best property we have stayed at and we will definitely be staying again if we are in the area.

When I arrived and was met by the owner he explained how things worked at the B&B, as he was there himself, and showed me to my room which was on the ground floor and had a walk in toilet shower room which was excellent for me and had everything I required for my stay. Breakfast in the morning was was delicious and set me up for the day ahead. I chatted away with the owner at breakfast and he was very friendly and I would recommend this property as its right in the centre of Elgin minutes from the shopping centre.

Staff were awesome. Helpful and kind. Don’t go down the road for a curry.. appalling. Loved the pub. Night we stays had a fiddlers jam session which was absolutely fabulous. It was a great night. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to the barman for everything.
