what we value the most is the Human and professional quality of Miss Dee and the rest of the reception tea, miss Malvina and miss Malvina, they were extremely kind and helped us a lot during our stay and even when we were out of the country. On the other hand I would to mention that the rooms and hotel facilities are very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant and the bar are great, but the best of all and what we value the most is the recepción team. Very close to the Hanger Lane undergrown station and the bus station.

Very good stay not so far from Wembley Stadium - it's around 30 mins by bus and 1 hour walking. Place is clean, looking exactly like on photos. Very nice personel is welcoming and helpfull. You can feel safe because place has its own parking area with prohibited camera enter. I reccomend for short stay. They giving you new towels everyday

The whole experience was great 👍 very friendly staff and accommodation while still being refurbished our room was spacious and comfortable and the beds outstanding and I’m very picky about the beds when I travel Nothing was too much trouble with any staff interaction true service and outstanding quality of service standards they even delivered meals to our room when my mum who is 79 had to rest after a 13 hour flight ✈️ from Singapore the whole experience was outstanding and I can see when there refurbishment is complete this is going to be a great family run business with truly great hospitality and warmth

    Nothing was working on the property dirty shower i have picture when I spoke to customer service assistant they said I am going to talk to cleaner and then I’ll call you back and he didn’t. with no water pressure in shower when we travel we need basic things like working socket for charging gadgets I try to put my phone on charging there was 4 switches socket they are all not working fridge and kettle also was not working and i find tea coffee and sugar jar but they are also empty When I spoke to again customer service assistant and request them to change my room they said we don’t have room in this property and they gives me option to another property and they said you have to travel 17 miles when I check with navigation it’s takes 1 hours 45 minutes with cab It was horrible experience in my life Waste of money and time I recommend don’t waste your money and time To book this property
