Lovely friendly staff & management, very hospitable, felt like they genuinely wanted us to be as comfortable as possible & enjoy our stay. The food, decor, vibe & cleanliness all v good (& the shower better than ours at home). Feels like a lot of heart goes into this hotel. Will deffo return If back in that area in future.

We had an excellent stay at Swindon Holiday Inn Express. Ahead of visiting the area for my partners birthday, hotel staff really went the extra mile to make our stay that much more special. the staff decorated our room with birthday balloons, and even left a birthday card with 2 drinks on the house at the hotels bar! Staff were amazing throughout our stay, rooms are clean and well equipped, nothing was too much trouble. would 100% stay here again.
