Almost everything.....room n bathroom very clean...linen n towels also....washed well n soft...comfortable bed n pillows.....breakfast excellent.....appreciated kettle n plentiful supply of coffe n tea at all hours......staff all very friendly n helpful....especially Jo Christine n Millie......lovely atmosphere n not noisy even at peak evening times......great....

I liked the location, which was quiet and surrounded by trees. Breakfast was brilliant. I like the restaurant on the side, which is very handy. After a long trip, you can go straight to the restaurant , take a meal, and go back to the number.

    Very poor, disgustingly dirty, with staff who shout at you rather than talk at a normal volume. Marked/stained bed sheets, dried noodle in throw, facel matter on toilet seat, mildew and mould on tiles and windows, damaged doors and chipped wood in wardrobes.

    Overall awful experience, staff are rude and abrupt .Not made welcome at all.Booked 3 nights and on reflection we should have left after 1st night.We have enjoyed many stays at this hotel.But has gone down in levels of service massively.

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to...

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to Leeds centre. If going to the arena you want to be off at stand Merrion C. The last bus back to hotel from Leeds Merrion was approx 23:15 and the bus stop is to the left of Walkabout, just make sure you are at the right one for X84, you want to be off at Bramhope Church Hill.

    Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep. Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay. Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

    I really wish we were only there for one night, I don’t think it was the best of places to stay at, if I had known this would happen I would not stay there, no customer services spent most of my time waiting to speak to reception and not really getting any help

    very beautiful area i would recommend staying in the city centre if you don’t drive as my journeys took about 1hr 30 using public transport and from 7-25 mins in the car, you basically can’t walk the bus is your bestie or uber

    I Decided to Book that Hotel instead of Premier Hotel, He was Bitten by Bed Bugs, behind Left Scarf, behind Left Ear, under Right Arm, below Arm Pit and down Right Hand, he Never Went Back to Sleep from About 3am, she said that he Search and Search the Bed and he Couldn't see any with his Phone Light, until he Shook his Pants in the Bathroom and saw one Fell to the Ground then he Killed it, Never again

    First impression as we arrived outside the hotel was good. There's parking, though not free but we were informed in advance. Also good to have lunch served at the bar during the day as we didn't have to go out looking for food the next day.

    The full hotel was really better than I expected. Bed was super comfy 😴 went down the bar drinks prices were what you expect in a hotel and had lovely surroundings. Will defo go back
