Very hospitable hosts, received us at a late hour, although the reception was closed. Rooms cleaned every day and clean linen. Delicious breakfast in the morning, playground. Car parking on site. I highly recommend this place, it feels like home.

    Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place to call home whilst you drive around the South of France. Parking directly outside the property & short drives to Nice, Cannes & Monaco. Great place to stay if you’ve got children, there’s access to the residents swimming pool and the club house has a great restaurant. Town and shops close by to stock up as well.

    It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet.

    It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. There are many nice cafes near the Marina and Croisette Jean Marchand.

    Location was good, close to supermarket and station.

    Location was good, close to supermarket and station. Beach was a short walkaway. In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy! One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return. On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!

    Information slow coming but may have been because we booked same day as travel (but some responses came instantaneously and others were long time coming). Parking absolute nightmare!! Good, basic accommodation in nice location.

    The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased...

    The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased we chose to stay in a quieter area with quieter beach as Villa azur is right on the beachfront with amazing views! The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, same with breakfast. Rooms are fairly small but we knew we had booked this so we’re happy. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful! We travelled into Monaco ans nice and would highly recommend the train from villenouve (5mins walk from hotel). Taxis are expensive but Uber was more reasonable. We also got engaged here on the beach and it was quiet and perfect! We’re already planning to come back next year!

    The host contacted us with a time to meet and took time to show my wife around the appartment. The appartment itself was fantastic, extremley spacious and airy. It featured a nice little balcony, aircon in every room and was exceptionally well equipped. Its located within walking distance of a supermarket, Pharmacy, train station and a great little bar La Cabane Villeneuve-Loubet. I liked the fact there is gated secure parking, the place was just great. Thnak you
