Creative tiny house space made with love. We loved that the area had a fence - our dog was safe and sound sniffing around. The space has everything we needed, including a terrace - it is very cosy :)

We were warmly welcomed by the host with a bottle of wine, he spends quite some time chatting with his guests, the house is very nice, comfortable, historic but with all modern facilities, the surroundings are abundant with roses and other flowers and plants, a nice swimming pool with deck chairs, the breakfast was delicious, the jams were made by the lady of the house…. A nice retreat to spend few days and relax in a typical French countryside…

The location and the hospitality was great, not to forget the excellent meal Annabel offered us.the terras has a beautiful view and the local wine and beer was waiting for us in the refrigerator. It would be good to offer the possibility of having dinner on the site.

The house is situated in a beautiful rural location. The views from the patio are stunning. The kitchen had everything you need for a self catering stay. We could have stayed longer. There is one bedroom and shower room on the ground floor - with a step up. One bedroom with two beds on the first floor, with a bathroom. This has a very low door and ceilings. The kids loved the outdoor table tennis. We thought the owners were very discreet despite being next just next door. Google maps did take us the wrong way at first so that’s something to be aware of.

While competing in the French Divide cycle Brevet, I needed to take some time to rest, wash myself and my kit, charge my batteries. This little cabin was like Heaven. I was greeted by Coco and shown all the facilities, I needed a bottle opener,a glass plate and utensils ,all which were provided without any fuss, and after taking care of all my admin, I sat outside and ate the fantastic food I purchased in La Roux and drank some wine. I slept well and at 7am, as requested, Emma brought me a breakfast of coffee, orange juice, fresh bread, homemade strawberry compote, yoghurt, croissant and the nicest creamy butter. I left fully refreshed and ready for the journey ahead. The hosts Emma and Coco are so welcoming, you have the grounds all to yourself and the facilities are spot on. I hope I can return for a longer stay in the future. Loved it!

The host Leontine was delightful and extremely kind and helpful. The pool and the views of the countryside were excellent and a circular walk from the property provided even better views of the surrounding countryside.
