Incredibly friendly host who speaks great English. We arrived later than expected, due to traffic, but Ronan still came out to meet us at the property late in the evening, bringing flowers and sweets. The property is well decorated (in a vintage modern style), spacious and very clean. The area has some tasty cafes and patisseries, and a few vibrant bars. The RER is a short walk away, connecting you directly to Paris. Bonuses include the free secure parking and the great WiFi. We would definitely recommend staying here and will book again on our next visit to Paris.

So this is obviously a brand new - and quite empty - senior residence. The appartments are spacious, clean, well furnished, and there is no noise despite being close to the train tracks. The RER A is a 10 minutes walk from the residence, and there is a 30 minutes train journey to Paris centre, so this is a rather handy location, especially at that bargain price.
