Lovely spacious apartment with nice courtyard outside. Clean and tidy and easy to access. We are cycling so appreciated being able to use the washing machine. Relatively close to chateaux Chambord (cycle or drive). This was a great place to stay.

Very interesting and creatively arranged place. Many small surprises await here. The swinging chair over the well was everyone's favourite place. Two bathrooms are a great feature for 5 people :) The one in the bedroom has also a kind of thin wall/curtain if you prefer a bit more privacy. A lot of space, clean, comfortable beds, big dining table. 11/10 for us.

We had an exceptional stay. The accommodation was lovely, the location amazing and food and rink exceptional. The staff were lovely to deal with and nothing was an issue. We had a sick member of the family and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

    We loved the the proximity to Chambord, Cheverny and Blois.

    We loved the the proximity to Chambord, Cheverny and Blois. It was a little further to reach Amboise, but the quiet location in Saint-Claude-de-Diray was well worth the travel time for one day of our stay. You definitely need a car to reach the surrounding areas. Both Cheverny and Chambord had great options for children in the school holidays.

    We rented bikes in nearby Blois at Randovelo and rode to Chambord. It’s about 40 km. It was a highlight of our trip. I wish we had stayed longer in the area to visit more castles and sightsee more. I would also like to have had time for wine tasting.
