Myself, wife and 8 year old daughter stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was absolutely perfect. This Finnish cottage is more than just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience :-) Set against the backdrop of a frozen lake and surrounded by snow-blanketed forests, our stay truly felt like a Christmas movie. We loved the Sauna experiences, and having access to the lake if we dared to dip ! Making the log fire was my privilege that provided a comforting glow and plenty of warmth, day and night. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed and more ! Credit to Carolina and Jonas who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was simply outstanding. They are the best Hosts EVER !!!!!!!

The accommodation was perfect. Really big house with so many nice small details. it was like another Christmas and we felt like in fairytale. For 100% recommending. The sauna with wood and then snow. Amazing experience. Also there is really good area to see the northern lights (we weren’t so lucky. later we were but in another part of finland)

It is an exceptional thing to sleep in an igloo. Each igloo room has its own character and different theme. They were all designed but different artists so it is interesting to visit them all. It was not cold at night in the sleeping bags and we all slept sound. Nice sauna. Kota restaurant is also good. There is an ice bar and ice restaurant. They have ice slides for kids and an exhibition of ice sculptures. The staff is exceptionally friendly and nice - all of them: from the girl who was showing us around, the barman in the ice bar, waiters in Kota and all the receptionist. We asked to be waken up for norther lights and they woke us twice for the beautiful night aurora show. Pleasant breakfast with good selection .

Ideal stay for family for animal and nature lovers. Beautiful home, extremly helpful and kind host. Very tasty dinner and delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Finish culture and kidness. Spectacular view and location. Easy communication. Really I can not imagine better place to stay close to Rovaniemi! Nature lake, animals and calm:) I hope we will be back soon

Amazing place, amazing location. Yurt is absolutely gorgeous, lovely decorated and very clean. Great experience with an open roof to look at the sky. Hosts are lovely and very helpful. Facilities are in different building but well maintained and very clean.

The thrill of gliding through the pristine, snowy landscapes with these incredible dogs was pure magic, they’re all so loveable!
