The house is located around 20km from Mariehamn, so it is bit remote and very quiet. The view was simply stunning and we enjoyed staying on the terrace so much. The kitchen-living room area has big windows so you can enjoy the view even when staying inside. We stayed there in the very end of May, so it was not high season yet and we were the only guests in the site.

Very cosy cabin with a small kitchen. The personal was very nice and helpful. The camping site is very nice and has a lot to offer. There is a beach, disc golf course, sauna and jumping tower was well as showers toilets and a restaurant. There were also bikes and kayaks to explore the surroundings.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, and the building and surroundings charming. I've never stayed in prettier rooms! There's a sense of calm to the place, and almost a feeling of being transported back in time. The location is convenient for people driving and cycling, I'm sure, but also for people hiking! There's a bus stop right next to Amalia, which makes exploring Åland on foot convenient. With Amalia as your base camp, you'll have a lovely place to return to after your adventure. The breakfast was good, especially the homemade bread. And at the end of a whole day of hiking, there's nothing better than a cold bottle of lemonade, made in the factory right next door!

Situated a 5-minute drive from Mariehamn city centre, Strandnäs Hotell offers traditionally decorated rooms with a TV and private bathroom. The ferry terminal is 3.5 km away.

A peaceful place with friendly helpful staff. My room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was a delight! So much to choose from! They run a very efficient breakfast room, clean and tidy, with everything you need to hand..the music playing was quiet and peaceful. I loved this place and would be very happy to return.

We had two rooms facing the hotel interior courtyard, street level. These were dream rooms for persons arriving on the island. The rooms were quiet, clean and simple: nothing too much, but everything essential. Practicality in Åland manner as it's best. Breakfast was good. We fell asleep to the "spring concert" of sea gulls.
