Everything about Lanis is very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant views are awesome and the food is great ! Our room was fantastic, offering us our own private terrace with awning and hot tub. But most of all the staff are fantastic- everyone is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like one of the family. We loved our stay at Lanis and will definitely be back.

Rooms were really quiet and kept very clean. Had great view of the beach and sea. Staff were excellent especially Lito on the reception who assisted us to contact the Town Hall regarding a Tablet we lost at Airport on a previous visit to the island. We are definitely going to re-book for next year. Thanks to you all for a great experience.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

My stay at Las Costas Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I left feeling 100% satisfied. The hotel is perfectly located just 25 meters from the ocean, with several exits directly leading to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea at any time of day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the common areas were always spotless. The hotel staff was exceptional—polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made my stay even more memorable. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a wonderful variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience. The bar featured live music every evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere that brought people together, both young and old. The kids’ play area was also well-organized, allowing parents to relax while their children enjoyed themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Las Costas Hotel. They pay attention to every detail to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. I’m already planning my return!

We've been at this hotel many times before, but this time everything was better than before, mainly because of the kind management and everebody else working at the reception and other hotel's areas. The room was ready although we arrived earlier than their regular check in time, and it had amazing sea-side view (although we booked only for a side-view room) we were allowed to have a plentiful breakfast on the arrival, and there was a fridge in the room. The dinner buffet was huge with many choices. The swimming pool was huge and clean, and they heated it all the time. What else could one wish for a great holiday? We'll be back soon, after a short break (after our island hopping to Gran Canaria).

    It has beautiful coastline and the beach is very clean and wasn't too crowded. There are a lot touristy restaurants along the seafront so you have to do some research to find more formal restaurants.

    I love the ease of Lanzarote and Puerto Del Carmen.

    I love the ease of Lanzarote and Puerto Del Carmen. Everything was within walking distance, beach, gym, restaurants, cafes, and shops for some retail therapy. Weather was always lovely, sunny with a breeze, so not too intense.

    Love the place. Been going for around 20+yrs. It's very casual, friendly and so easy to navigate. It feels like a second home and the businesses all cater for English speakers which makes it very easy to come back to. I will always come back here....

    We stayed at hotel Lava, just 10 minutes from airport, it was an absolute haven from the hustle and bustle you meet in Puerto del Carmen. I would recommend getting taxi and dining at the harbour, you can then walk into the main strip of Puerto del Carmen for a browse. Another day should be spent at the shopping centre where there is an open air cinema, it was really enjoyable again you could ealk into Puerto de Carmen for more excellent shopping. The irish pubs are excellent with live music a real treat, also if you walk down the beech walk from hotel lava, turn right walk for about 10 mins you will find a lovely out door restaurant where you can have a lovely lunch and enjoy a really fabulous view. There was so much to do, I could return and have a completely different holiday the next time. Hotel Lava is like entering an oasis, the breakfast is excellent, the facilities excellent, and the mattress superb, air conditioning works like a dream especially as it was in mid thirtys some days when we were there. We spoke to people in apartments who had no air conditioning, so no matter where you stay ensure to ask about AC and ensure it is not just fans in the ceiling as you will need it and it will make it a more enjoyable stay if you are comfortable. Enjoy this beautiful location, I didn't know what to expect but it literally blew me away with its beauty and people. Bon Voyage!

    The apartment was the best surprise we had in our trip to Lanzarote. Adrian's property is truly a hidden gem. Position is ideal, frontline in the beautiful marina of Puerto del Carmen, close to some good restaurants and also to shops and hypermarkets. The quality of the apartment finishes and the attention to the details is really amaizing, from the natural stone to the top quality matresses. However the most impressive is the human quality of the host. We are looking forward to return as soon as possible!

    Newly renovated hotel with beautiful rooms and pools mainly for families with children. Food selection is very good and if someone writes otherwise the problem is with him/her not with the hotel :) Staff is nice and trying to do their best. I would like to thank “food truck staff” Esteban and Ana for entertaining us by the pool during the whole stay. They are supernice people who make people smile all day. We definitely come back if we will return to Lanzarote!

    Pool and lounging area was great. Location was perfect - across the road from the beach and promenade, and lots of nearby restaurants and bars. And easy to rent e-scooters from the promade to make our way into Puerto del Carmen. Staff were super friendly and helpful with info on what to do and see in Lanzarote.
