The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I went for a 10 day hike, I left part of my luggage with them, so no need to hassle with finding a locker in a city in the area. The hotel is close to the airport and other cities, making it a great location to venture Tenerife. Public transportation is also good from and to Buzanada.

We stayed only for one night. Perfect localisation. We take our luggage to the hotel room and then there was no problem with finding place for the car next to playa del cabezo. We had superior room with ocean view which was for us like in 4* hotel. Breakfast was really tasty, you can eat on the terrace with the ocean view. We get more than we expected. Very clean beach next to the hotel.

The property is properly maintained and situated in a good area. We however only spent 2 nights and one of them happened to be during the big electric blackout across France, Spain and Portugal. I will however go back to stay here again. The staff were helpful and friendly. They tried to organise food for the guests that were “stranded” there and I think they did a great job during this difficult time!!
