CanadaNothing fancy, but decent accommodation. Located across the Nile river from the main city, but a tuk-tuk from the hotel to the main city was only five minutes and 30 Egyptian pounds, and the drive across the Nile river is fun. The room I had on the first night, with a balcony facing the street, was extremely noisy, but the staff moved me to an interior room with no windows, which was very quiet. There is a small grocery store on one side of the hotel and a cafe on the other, which is nice.
