Literally gorgeous, such a hidden gem! It is mainly a student city and I was there for a conference, so I got the full academic vibes, but the town itself is beautiful! The centre is almost exclusively very aesthetically pleasing neo-classical architecture, there are many café and restaurant options around, and the locals are kind and welcoming. We loved the enormous bed which was super comfy and the artwork on the walls. We had a wonderful view from our room across the road to a park. The breakfast was extremely good with plenty of variety and hot and cold dishes. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing a kettle for us to use when we requested one (there was already a coffee machine in the room).
