The location is excellent and a good starting point for a tour into the Amazon. Our children and we as parents particularly enjoyed the pool area. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and has something for everyone.

Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was yum. Bed was comfy. Very secure parking. I checked in around 5.30pm and asked if I could get laundry done and it was no problem, it was ready in the morning, great service.

The receptionist was very helpful and booked me a taxi to get to the bus stop for the border. The pool was nice after a long bus journey. The room is spacious and bed hard. There are nearby shops and restaurants and doesn't feel unsafe

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went for a trip to Cuyabeno and this was by far the best hotel we could found. the kids loved it and so did we. If we will consider to do another trip to Cuyabeno we will definitely come back to this hotel.
