The apartment we rented was immaculate, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom, and a cozy living room and bedroom. Everything felt fresh, new, and thoughtfully designed for guests' comfort. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations for local excursions and ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Having traveled to many places, I must say that my vacation at Villa Metschke stands out as one of the most memorable experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Whether you're a couple, a family or traveling with children, there's something for everyone here. The location is also ideal for day trips to charming towns like Görlitz, Bad Muskau, Niesky, Bautzen and other picturesque spots in the Lusatian region. Villa Metschke truly offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and culture – a must-visit destination for any traveler.

A very cozy and pleasant house! Nicely decorated with great attention to detail. The space is really comfortable – everyone had plenty of room. The location is also a big plus – quiet, green, and close to local attractions. A perfect spot for a peaceful stay. We definitely recommend it!

A nice and quiet place, a historic house with remaining original details, such as a skylight (you can read about the house and the whole street in the brochures at the house). Be sure to visit the nearby former granite mines (Natur- und Steinbruch- Lehrpfad Königshain). I was impressed with both the accommodation and the environment

Very good breakfast. Fine owner but a bit impersonal accommodation in a place for those who like peace and quiet. After 7pm, apart from drinks from the fridge, not much possibillities where to go for dinner or drink.
