We can fully confirm the previuos reviews. The location with the little stream is unsurpassed. We recovered well during the 4 days we spent in the yurt (and outside). We were pleased that there was a good guitar on site. If you are not a guest with Czech language skills, then you should have some notes or lyrics with you or you have these things in your head. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

A magnificent place to stay! Personnel is amicable and helpful. They really create a family atmosphere. Food is also delicious. The sauna is hot and well-prepared. I'd love to spend more days in this fantastic place!

I do love to stay in old buildings with heritage. That was exactly the one - the old Czech single floor house in old quarter of the city, next to the center - is exactly what we looked for. Taking into acount the name - “Old bakery”, we got what we need – historical atmosphere with heritage. I am always impressed with arched vault in apartments – here there was nice ones. There is no dedicated parking place in the hotel, but steward offers the place for you auto next to the building. There is no traffic next to the building - so no problems with that. Close distance to the center of the city allows us to enjoy the walk to home. We had apartment on zero floor, with small kitchen, so it was possible to make some tea for my child. Quiet district and church bells gave us nice sleep. There is no around the clock registration desk, but the hotel captain will meet you in time. Breakfast was as well home-style buffet table with some hot dishes as fried aggs or like this – absolutely enough to spend the day in Liberec. Please don't forget to visit Ještěd mountain next to the city. You will have amaizing impression of the beautiful mountain with cafe on the top. Once I am again to Liberec, I would stay in "Stará Pekárna" again. I love this place and I would recommend it.

Good position in main sqere. I got room with balcony and it had was wery comftoble seats to smoke and relax. The room hawe very nice bath and in the room is option to split room in half. While one is sleeping the otherone can still work or use light.

Very nice hotel in a great location - just next to the castle, 5 minute on foot to the market square. Polite and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Kettle in the room, some coffee and tea too. Safe and nice view included. Parking next to the hotel priced moderately. Breakfast was rich and tasty.
