This accommodation ticks all the boxes. Brand new, clean, the owners are so friendly we actually ended up chatting with them over a beer during evenings (there's no kitchen yet, but it's possible to buy a variety of food and drinks that are available in fridges). Breakfast had a reasonable variety with the owners preparing eggs or sausages upon request. We're coming back in a week, so I guess that speaks for itself. Plus, there's 2x11kw charger for your e-car.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior as it is still under construction. The room is newly furnished & big. Clean & orderly. There are wines in the room that you can buy. Owner wife is Korean so there are some Korean product you can buy that are displayed in the room.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely surrounding with many places to visit and walk. You can do shopping on the way, or just visit Sumperk 30 min of walk, or 5 by car. Price vs Quality is on excellent level!

Good place, not far away from Dolni Morava if you are driving by car. Toys, games and other entertainment for kids inside and outside. I really liked a mountain view. Room was clean, well equipped.
