The house is full of history, with beautiful stonework and wooden beams, it’s been lovingly restored. Very comfortable and excellent amenities. Your hosts, the wonderful Androulla & Nikos, really have thought of everything you might need and it’s a real home from home. Askas village is also beautiful with incredible views across the valley. Make sure you walk to the bottom of the village to see the spring and the view back to the house! Thank you Androulla & Nikos for a great experience and your incredible hospitality.

The cottage itself is great, very confortable beds. Great location on the mountains. Plenty of food included in price for breakfasts. Very easy to get hold of owner. She very kindly swapped our night very last minute with no extra cost.

It’s a cute and charming medieval house with a fireplace and a terrace with a nice view of the night sky, the staff provided wooden logs for the fireplace and were very helpful providing directions.

We just absolutely loved everything about this stunning place. The staff, the pool, the room and terrace. Also, to mention that most delicious food for both, breakfast and dinner. Ambelikos is a truly hidden gem located in the Troodos Mountains and better not to miss.

The property is comfortable with all needed conveniences. It has big fridge, set of plates, cups and other cutlery including grill pan, milk-shaker and toaster It is pretty cold in March but property has powerful aircon. However if you're lucky enough you can manage to launch the furnace, but we were not able as wood and carton were wet due to rainy weather and gas in the lighter has finished Location is quiet and mountain air is amazing The host is a polite gentleman who left us a bottle of red wine as a compliment.

    Beautiful and well preserved mountain village, people are really friendly and they show love for their place. It is obvious they take good care of it. We had dinner and lunch at two different places and they were both really good. There is also a nice coffee shop with views of the mountains.

    Nothing much to see in Askas.

    Nothing much to see in Askas. But there are villages next to it with much more to see, will take 10-25 minutes by car. So a great place just for relax, walk around ancient houses and stone walls and streets. There is only one restaurante in Askas but it works only Thursday-Sunday. We found it a standard touristic trap. Nice bar Mary's right in the center but only for drinks.
