Very near to the volcano and the start of the hiking trail, amazing view. Great hosts, the food is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there. The room is very clean and tidy. The village is very quiet and safe. Amazing for a walk.

Reasonable price, clean room and very welcoming and helpful host Rose. Basic but decent breakfast (I ask it to serve at 6am before the hiking Fogo, and it was there exactly at time). The wifi is available outside the house, 20 metres in front of the hotel, close to the restaurant

Great time at Dani's, the pension is perfect for a few nights in the Caldeira. Dani is a great guide as well, and a fantastic cook with his wife! The meals were excellent. Definitely recommend staying there.

We had the most wonderful stay with Adriano, Filomena and their whole family. They are some of the most warm, welcoming and kind people we have ever met! Their property is in an incredible spot in the caldera with views all around. From the airport pick up, to the amazing home cooked meals, to our guided hike, everything was just great.
