They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

It was a one-of-a-lifetime experience. We really enjoyed the reserve and the nature that sorrounds it. I want to recommend it for everyone who would like to sleep in the jungle. Extremely charming when the owner is on-site hosting you. Worth the drive out of Leticia to start or extend your Amazon experience. The bubble tents are cool and completely sealed and bug-free. It’s a relatively new business so it’s not perfect but it is authentic, nestled in the jungle, and run by kind people from the area. Very helpful in the planning of transfers and tours.

From start to finish, everything was taking care of. Excellent hospitality by the family, more than tasty food at their restaurant and the drinks were perfect. You can be GAVA's family! GAVA's was so comfortable hotel for me. Room was crean and had new model air controler. And hotel family were so friendly! They will help you if you tell them your probrem. Prease don't worry about English cominucation with them because they have transration application in their phones. Just one point, hotel GAVA's amazones plasing little bit far from city center so almost taxi driver don't know where it is. You should tell taxi driver "GAVA's amazones restaurant in barrio costa rica when you ahead to this hotel. Enjoy your stay!
