The property was located in a good place. The staff were very friendly told us what places to visit and helped us get transport which made it safe as they gave us the name of the driver and the number plate. Terrace had a nice view and hotel was clean. Gracias por todo

After a couple of nights in other hotels the beds in Lettera were very comfortable. They have various pillows to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our son had his birthday and they made his day with a special breakfast with balloons and a pancake cake with fireworks.. Area is green and quiet.

    I'm here to stay, it's a lovely city so much to see and do, good people, you have to stay safe still and be careful, the mountain views are so nice there waterfall a, 🚠 line to see everything much better, paragliding is not too far, botanical garden and amusement park, many many malls very luxurious with giant arcade, movie theater, gyms, tennis court, soccer field , many coffee shops very sweet , if you rent a car you could go see the wild nature and enjoy more

    So many places to visit, so little time.

    So many places to visit, so little time. Everyone on the streets were very welcoming and ready to provide directions or assist. Great relaxing culture with amazing restaurants. We will stay longer next time! We visited during the week of Festival of the Flowers and that was a bonus! Many places like plaza Provenza as a plus!

    The hotel is kind of new one (6 months) very good service, breakfast was so good, customer service was very good. the only negative comment is that the hallways did not have air conditioner and while you walked through to go to the room it was like walking outside on the street, absolutely hot. the other think is they did not have ice machine. I visited the place 2 days before the staying and I asked the girl that work in the cafeteria if they had ice to take to the room and she said NOT. I cannot believe with that temperature and no ICE?... well the day I checked in I bought ice in Market 3 blocks away and solved the problem... But the place is nice, my room had good air conditioner and the jacuzzi was an extra amenity; I think the jacuzzi is a little high, literally you have to jump to get down, maybe if they place a little step to get in and out.

    What a diverse place, didn’t realize how big it was. You definitely need to get a taxi or Uber to get around. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, lovely people even when language was a barrier . Lots of museums and things to do, Jardin Botanical was free and very beautiful. Parque Explora would be great for kids. Comuna 13 also worth a visit to find the street vendors and escalators

    Medellin has so much to offer. What an amazing city!

    Medellin has so much to offer. What an amazing city! Being an Interior Designer, I was truly inspired by all the restaurants and cafes and I loved that Medellin allows nature to be heavily in the mix throughout the city, malls and bars. That to me was the most outstanding thing.

    Nice place to visit, amazing weather and friendly people. Make sure to visit Octava Maravilla to get a great glimpse of city best time to go would be around sunset. Getting around is pretty easy with taxis.

    The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very comfortable. It is really pretty and very clean. The hotel is located in the center of El Poblado, the most touristic part of Medellin. It is really easy to get there by Uber and there is a looooot of restaurants and bars within a ahort walking distance. Dont go there if you want a calm, peacefull trip. It is very noisy with all the bars around. The hotel is very well sound proofed though. The staff is very nice and they will help you with everything.

    The hotel is fantastic with an unbeatable location, in the heart of El Poblado and 10 min walk to Provenza. The service from all of the staff is exemplary in particular Pablo in the roof top bar and breakfast area who always made me feel welcome every single time. Sure sound proofing isn’t the greatest between rooms HOWEVER it is only a minor disruption - especially as you’re in Medellin, who wants to be sitting in their room all the time anyway!!! Highly recommended and I will stay again.

    Very nice and clean hotel with the best shower we had all over Colombia and a parking at the other side of the road. The owner and the staff are both very helpful. It is in a very safe area with lots of restaurants all around. Highly recommended.

    The flat was beautiful & I felt v comfortable, so I even extended my stay by another 2 days. If you want to experience Medellin with a luxury home feel, dont look any further. Just about 20 mins walk away from the Poblado.
