amazing location with views of the lake. the reservation included a delicious breakfast and a boat ride which we didn’t even know about before. in the evening they turn on the fireplace at your hut. We will definitely come back!

The staff is incredible always reactive! the bungalow are really nice with a spectacular view! the jacuzzi was a big plus! we loved to used the kayak too.

Fantastic location with very friendly and helpful staff. Juan Camilo, Ricardo, the owner and the housekeeping staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful and very respectful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the El Penol area!
