From check-in to check-out, the experience was very good. Staff was very helpful , free airport transfer service is provided on the next day early morning. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. shops and restaurants surrounded, subway stations nearby, Very convenient.

This year's birthday caught up with the weekend, I hope to play in the suburbs, I chose Chongqing Melia Hotel, the hotel environment is definitely the first echelon of all five-star hotels in Chongqing, and it is very good-looking with a shoot, the hotel is opened in 2021, all the facilities are maintained very well, the most surprising thing is that the Spanish restaurant inherited the Spanish ancestry of Melia Group. We were very impressed with our stay at the Intercontinental Chongqing. The hotel is just like in the pictures – beautiful interior, impressive lobby, excellent restaurants, spa, and a pool with stunning city views. You don’t even need to visit an observatory deck, the hotel has it all! Everything was spotless, the food was great, and the location is perfect with direct access to the mall and metro. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making us feel welcome at every moment. A special thanks goes to the manager, Mr. MIKE, who was exceptionally kind and professional. His outstanding service truly elevates the hotel to an even higher level. We will definitely return – highly recommended!
