I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The breakfast was a standout, especially the excellent Chinese options which were fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and offered a beautiful view which made it even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!

We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.

The breakfast is tasty. The hotel provides freshly made traditional Chinese foods (dumplings, baozi, hundun, etc.) and Western foods. Remarkably, cakes were so delicious! Most functions can be controlled by voice, which was amazing.

The hotel amenities were great! There was a bidet and also a self-service laundry. The front desk was so nice to accommodate us by even helping us to order food. The area was convenient with shops nearby and lovely eateries. They're was convenience store just beside the hotel as well for water and snacks. There was also a reality like bakery (85 degree) just around the corner. The room was spacious and also had a hot tub with a shower. Fabulous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shanghai.
