New ZealandStaff were incredibly helpful, the manager (Jia Hongling) added us on WeChat and was able to provide tips for local attractions way faster than we could find out ourselves. rooms were clean and well appointed, and great value for money given ski rental, lift passes, and onsen was included as well as standard breakfast.
