The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. A short walk from a paid-for parking area. Our room had a beautiful view over the neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and good WiFi speed.

I usually don't leave reviews but i was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and especially how welcome the people working there made me feel! They were always ready to give me advice or recommendations for places to see and things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll be sure to come back if i'm ever in Viña again!

There is a reason this place is so highly rated. The views are the best in Valparaiso and there is a kitchen you can use as well as parking. The host even let me use their laundry machine. We had a fantastic stay.

A very well-travelled group of friends, we concluded that this was one of the more special hotel stays in our lives this far. Would recommend going to Valparaiso just to stay here. Excellent, genuine and comfortable from start to finish!

Everything was perfect! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and copious. The hotel has a lot of charm, especially with the log fire in the living room. Great views over Valparaiso from the rooftop terrace.
