By far, cleanest appartement I have ever booked! Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Hosts really friendly and helpful. Quiet area with beautiful nature surroundings. Good location when planning to visit by car the area of Zurich, Lucerne, and Bern. Available parking. Supermarkets nearby. More than fair relation quality-price.

Very nice staff! I had some issues with the self check-in and arrived late in the evening. Staff members went out their way to help me. On check out day I had to stay a bit longer in the hotel to do some work and they provided me with a nice quite place where I could get my work done. Overall, very happy!

Hotel was perfectly located from Olten Bahnhof and I was surprised with an upgrade to a larger room facing the station - so this rail enthusiast was in heaven. Olten is a small town but has a busy junction linking nearly all Swiss major cities - so the variety of train moments is staggering. I don't think I ever saw an empty platform. The room was spacious with a maasive bathroom and a balcony with a chair completed the perfect space. I only wish I had longer to stay.

Either Switzerland is to blame, but Ascott Hotel has the kindest people. I have been checking in outside the check-in hours, but nevertheless, I was met with a smile! In the mornings, during breakfast, personnel ask you for the coffee/tee preferences; they are extremely attentive all in all when it comes to minor requests. Much recommended!
