Great team with a very good service.. Bistro in the hotel is amazing. Location couldn't be better. From reception to service team everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even I've stayed in a single room, it was big enough. In total, this hotel is highly recommended!

Late check-in was seemlessly easy, really enjoyed the automated system in place. Room was super clean, spacious, modern, I liked the touch-control hub for all lights in the room. Only awkward thing, the shower curtain blocks out the bathroom light so you have to shower with it open, and the bathroom window opens on to the road. Otherwise, really great place, exactly what i want out of a work hotel.

A truly delightful experience in a magical location, the hotel has been painstakingly restored in exquisite detail and is an absolute triumph. The owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and his Italian heritage reflected in his very personable service. We were well looked after by all the staff! The hotel is beautiful and has great charm. We had a room with a balcony which had a stunning view of the village and the church. The room was a great size and beds were extremely comfortable. All of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had great options. We were sad to leave this hotel and look forward to coming again.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

    I was there on business and I chose the hotel because of its...

    I was there on business and I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station and the office I was working in. It's a commuter town for people who work in Luzern and Zürich not a holiday destination but, having said that, there are a few bars and restaurants near the station and I would be very happy to return.
