The location is in a village and there is free parking directly opposite about 20 minutes to Zug Monday the restaurant is closed so there is no servicing of the rooms on that day only which is perfectly reasonable being an independent guest house. We had a lovely meal one evening but chose not to have breakfast as we were with friends nearby the majority of the time. The best thing though for people with mobility issues, there is a lift to all floors which we required. This is often not made clear or mentioned in reviews in my experience. There is a well stocked supermarket 30 seconds away. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great team with a very good service.. Bistro in the hotel is amazing. Location couldn't be better. From reception to service team everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even I've stayed in a single room, it was big enough. In total, this hotel is highly recommended!

A truly delightful experience in a magical location, the hotel has been painstakingly restored in exquisite detail and is an absolute triumph. The owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and his Italian heritage reflected in his very personable service. Nice facilities, super warm welcome with kids set, spacious room, everything is clean. I want to say thank you for cleaning and organising all the things when we are out for breakfast after the first night. Breakfast is simply but delicious and definitely satisfied. We enjoyed our stay here.
