Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are very clean.We had both rooms beside. Rooms were with Balcony with a very charming view. Location is best. Lucerne is near with car or with train. Highly recommend for your enjoyable trip to switzerland.

A very nice hotel with a nice view on the luzern and the lake, the personnel was very kind and helpful, room is nice and spacious, too bad we could only stay one night, since it was full for the rest of the time. Restaurant is also very good quality, we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hope to be able to visit them again and stay longer.

    Malters is well located a few KM from Luzern. Super easy to access via Train or Car. The hotel is well maintained , nice personel , great breakfast and Diner. Malters has multiple options for Diner so highly recommend it if you need to stay close to Luzern , Pilatus.

    Lovely hotel near Lucerne, the manager and staff couldn't be more helpful and were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very nice and we were well looked after during our stay there.
